Welcome to Taxis Bexleyheath. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Bookings
All bookings must be made through our official website www.taxisbexleyheath.co.uk, by phone, or via email at info@taxisbexleyheath.co.uk.
Passengers must provide accurate pickup details, destination, number of passengers, luggage requirements, and any special requests (e.g. baby seat, wheelchair access).
Advance bookings are subject to availability. Last-minute bookings may not be guaranteed during peak hours.
2. Pricing and Payments
All prices quoted are in GBP and include standard waiting time and mileage charges.
Extra charges may apply for additional stops, waiting time, parking fees, tolls, or changes to the booking.
Payments can be made in cash, by card, or online through our secure booking system.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 3 hours of the journey may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50%.
No-show without prior notice will result in 100% charge.
4. Waiting Time and Delays
A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed for standard pickups and 30 minutes for airport pickups.
After the grace period, additional waiting charges may apply.
We monitor flight arrivals for airport transfers; however, we are not responsible for any costs incurred due to delays beyond our control (e.g. weather, traffic, or airline schedule changes).
5. Conduct and Safety
Passengers are required to behave respectfully and avoid causing any damage to the vehicle or distress to the driver.
No smoking, alcohol consumption, or use of illegal substances is permitted inside the vehicles.
Seat belts must be worn at all times, and children under 12 must use appropriate child restraints, which can be provided upon request.
6. Luggage
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that luggage is correctly loaded and unloaded.
Taxis Bexleyheath is not liable for loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings during transit.
Please inform us in advance if you are travelling with oversized or excess luggage.
7. Wheelchair & Accessibility
We provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles on request. Passengers requiring assistance must inform us at the time of booking to ensure appropriate vehicle allocation.
8. Liability
Taxis Bexleyheath will not be held responsible for delays, missed appointments, or financial losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the journey paid by the customer.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.
